Making a purchase really could not be any easier than it is at identity the jewellers. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to purchase into your shopping 'Basket'. If you would like to remember a special item for another day, simply add the item to your 'Wishlist' and you can re-find the item later. After you have finished your selection, you can preview your items in your 'Basket', or go straight to 'Checkout' where you will be asked if you would like to join our Identity Online club, to be able to complete the order.
We accept all Major Credit Cards as payment. All items are dispatched with their individual brand box, their packaging and a shopping bag, in a secure, sealed padded package. While we maintain to have only stock currently instore available online, we will notify yourself immediately of any problems about your item.
All of the orders through Identity Online is processed via Santander Merchant Services using the highest standard of Encryption, ensuring you that we are 100% secure.

Postage Method Options:

We will dispatch your order the same day if the order is made before 3pm and the item is in stock. All items will arrive with their appropriate branded packaging and be inside a secure padded package.

Free First Class:

We offer FREE POSTAGE on all UK orders, regardless of the item's size. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class, with a shipping time of 3-5 working days.

Special Next Day Delivery Service:

This is method is £5 and is guaranteed for the next working day providing the order is placed before 12 noon. This method also insures the items.

Free Collection:

Collect your items from identity the jewellers or identity the jewellers Watch Shop in Westfield Centre, Derby.*
*You must bring photographic identification with you (i.e. drivers licence or passport), along with proof of address. We will let you know when the order is ready to collect via email.

For Rest Of The World:

Regardless of shipping address and size, there is a flat rate charge of £8.

Equally, regardless of your chosen method of delivery, we will email you upon receipt of your order, and if your item is not in stock, we will Back Order the item for you. We will strive to follow up on any delay caused prior to yourself receiving the packaged goods.

Gift Wrap Options:

Do you want to make the gift that little bit more personal? We use luxury gift wrapping paper, ribbon and attach a card, and if you would like this additional option simply choose which wrapping paper you would like at checkout. It is only £3 extra and the option is in Gold or Silver paper. What could be nicer...

Returns:

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition within our cooling off period of 14 days. We are happy to exchange the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. However, we are unable to accept pierced items, i.e. a pair of earrings, or able to refund any shipping costs incurred as part of the original order or when returning the item to us.
