identity jewellery always aim to send your order on receipt. Orders placed Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 24hrs. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day.

You can choose to receive your order at home, work or sent as a gift to someone else with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival.

 

UK Delivery
All orders over £50 are free standard delivery. All other orders are charged as follows depending on how quickly you need your order:

Standard Delivery: £4.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days for your delivery.

Express Delivery: £7.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. Guarantees delivery of your order within 2 working days, providing we receive your order before 4.00pm.

These times, however, are contingent on the delivery efficacy of the Royal Mail.

Overseas Delivery

We are delighted to fulfil orders overseas (this includes non-mainland UK). Postage is charged at cost. Please note that identity cannot be liable for any import duties and taxes imposed. Orders may also be affected by Customs and Excise delays.
